Cancellation Policy
At La Beaute we strive to offer the most exceptional services in a beautiful, serene space.
We value your time and ours, and to provide the best service to all our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
We recognize that emergencies and unexpected situations may arise. We handle such cases on an individual basis and appreciate your prompt communication to discuss alternative arrangements.
However, appointments cancelled or rescheduled without prior notice may result in a late cancellation fee.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service(s)
No Show
In the event of a no-show (failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior notice), clients will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s).
All no-show appointments are followed up with for rescheduling. We ask that you please communicate with us as soon as possible if you cannot attend your scheduled appointment.
